Three years ago, I had this little dream to become a children's book author. My goal was simple: make fun, wholesome stories for kids about courage and family.

Fast forward to today, and wow, look how far we've come!

Thanks to some amazing support and a lot of hard work, we've gone from just one book to a whole world of Wembly!

This past weekend I flew out to Phoenix, Arizona and was honored to get to accept my first award in the category of Children’s Books: Inspiration & Motivation for The Adventures of Wembly the Pug: Wembly’s First Day of School at the International Impact Book Awards.

Exciting news!! The Adventures of Wembly the Pug: Wembly’s First Day of School has earned it’s first literary award!!! Thank you to the International Impact Book Awards for selecting Wembly’s First Day of School to represent the Children’s Motivational / Inspirational group in the category of Children’s Education: Best Social and Emotional Learning!

Today was a milestone day at Walls of Books in Issaquah, WA as Wembly’s First Day of School hit 1,000 copies sold! A huge congratulations and THANK YOU to Gabrielle for being the lucky Number 1,000!
